TheOpsGuild provides operations and pipeline services, including but not limited to marketing, influencer, sales, support, recruiting, and operations support. Specific scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed separately for each engagement.

2. Discovery calls

Discovery calls are free and without obligation. Any plan or proposal shared after a call is an estimate based on the information you provide and is not a binding contract unless both parties agree in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information needed to plan and deliver services
• Respond to requests in a reasonable timeframe
• Grant necessary access to tools, accounts, or materials when required
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes

4. Payments

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be set out in your proposal or service agreement. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed period.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Materials we create specifically for your business become yours once paid for
• Our internal methods, templates, frameworks, and processes remain our property
• You grant us a limited license to use your brand assets only as needed to deliver services

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private and not share it with third parties, except when needed to deliver services or required by law.

7. No guarantees

We work professionally to deliver agreed outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as revenue, lead volume, rankings, or conversion rates, unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheOpsGuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to the notice period in the service agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for fees owed for work already completed.

10. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content without permission. Website content is for general information and may change without notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
