TheOpsGuild is an operations support agency offering talent placement, AI-compatible VA services, and automation support for founders and teams worldwide.

You may sign in with Google to access client or talent dashboards. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information in hiring requirements and talent profiles.

Clients may submit hiring requirements. Talent may create and update a professional profile. Submitting information does not guarantee placement, hiring, or a response within a specific timeframe. We may review, match, or decline submissions at our discretion.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, harassing others, attempting unauthorized access, scraping without permission, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

Site content, branding, and product design belong to TheOpsGuild or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to use it to operate matching, support, and related services.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that matches will meet every expectation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You may stop using the service and delete your account data through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. Material changes may be highlighted on this page.
